TOTAL ******* IN COLLECTION INTEREST AND CHARGES!!

I had 2 loans with Capitec and there was a garnishee placed on my salary in 2011 and 2012<br> <br> I settled the one loan (C01- ***) on the 02/2013 but still have not received a paid up letter. <br> <br> The other loan( C***) I have been paying for the past 3 years and continue to pay till the end of May. I then now went to call the ' attorney \ to request a paid up letter and was told that they cannot give me any information I must obtain it from Capitec but yet the monies was being paid in their accounts. I then requested the actual garnishee order that was served to the Payrolls manager and realize that I am paying R22696.00 for a R4700 initial outstanding amount when I was handed over!!!!! This is ****************!!!!<br> <br> I would like detailed statements for these two loan accounts as well as a sound explanation as to how we got from 4 to 22 thousand rand???<br> <br> Please treat this matter as urgent. I am a consumer that is trying to pay up my debt and do the right thing but this kind of situations is a prime example of how we will NEVER get <br> out of debt!!!!<br> "
