Total disrespect at Braamfontein

These morning I went to Capitec branch (Gauteng, Johannesburg, Braamfontein branch), I was allocated number 27. The branch had a couple of clients. So had to wait for a while. I was sitting there waiting for my number to be called. I did notice when the woman who was help knew each other with Tumelo Motoung. They greeted each other and had a small conversion. After she was done with the client she was helping she called the lady she had a small conversation with. I think the lady number was 29 or 30, but as she is more important to Capitec other than me the people after me she was helped first. As animal farm says all animals are equal but others are better than the rest, is that how Capitec do business with its client. I am so angry I am even thinking of taking all my accounts to another bank where I will be a client n be given the respect I deserve. I am truly incivilities by the level of disrespect I got from your agent but what I wanna know is I am not important to Capitec to be treated like nothing...I I complained to the branch Manager( Rungulani Chauke). But i really wanna know that capitec used animal farm on its clients there are those who r more import than the rest. If so please let me know to take my business to where I will be equal to the rest
