Took my kids food money!!!

So finally our people came back to me to give me the most disgusting ill mannered unhelpful consultant to assist me who has convinced me with her intellect that is so low and her management skills clearly to change banks absolutely appalling dont care who this woman is but she should not deal with clients at ALL! I myself am a manager if i dealt with an upset client like that and made them so angry they cursed me i would get a written warning with out a doubt but looks like all the staff as distasteful!!! Learn how to handle clients in a way that isnt pushing them to feel ****** violated in space and made out to be ****s and also while you at it send your people for training on complaint resolution goodness its horrid! So be wared people you do NOT have any control or say over your bank account 1stly!!!! And you may not choose your debit dates!!! These ****** Capiec do what they want and will brush you off just top get you gone it seem, i have no words for this!!!! Great job Capitec i will take as much effort as sending my employment contract to prove to you people i get paid the 3rd after being made out to be a **** aswell as feel its not this woman who the hell she is to decide when she sees fit as per my statements what i must do with my effing money and when!!!!!! I will read the policies to help people like me and my rights to request removal of the debit order or it to be changed to have a foot to stand on but this has left me to feel i must change my bank cause she was as helpful as a white crayon in a box except she made me get so angry i was shouting and i do not do that on the norm take me out of my entire normal character!!! Not even a second of trying to resolve the matter so stay with capitec you have no control over your account and they debit whatever they want no matter your request or literally move bank so cant care less- what go getter attitudes!!!

and ive changed my bank well done closing my account this week useless people.
