Took money without my permission !!! Capitec Bank

Capitec Bank app**** set off to my account ...my saving account were apperently in a negative they took 614 from my additional account is that not ******* means your money is not save and with everyone struggle during lockdown is that not *******!!!

So they can do everything they want in your personal account without your permission i really want my money back !!!!

Send alot of emails no response will defnitely change banks
