Told My Card Is Blocked Due to ********** Activities which I had no idea of or Even Noticed off
My Name is Khadija I have been Banking with Capitec for more then 7yrs. One day I go to ATM to take out Money and I'm Told my Card is Blocked I Go Inside and I'm Told That Due to ********** Activities my Card Is Blocked. I was surprised as I Had No Notification of any Sort on That Matter I have been Running up en Down Making Affidavits or Coming up wt some sort of Proof bt I'm always told that I cannot be helped. After that I went and opend an account at Nedbank en Standard Bank en inform dem bt still nothing. HOW CAN I BE HELPED

18 Mar 2020, 01:36- So Today Surprising I get call from Agent or head office of Capitec Bank afta being told il have to wait 3 to 5 working days. Thank YOURL for getting back to me but Sadly I'm Told through investigation by foreignsic they cannot unblock my card. Why because it wz ***** done wt my account and other activities which agent could not explain properly or I dint understand. My question is why wen other banks eg Standard bank called me about ********** Activities wt my account blocked my account and made me new one with no Hassle. Why only victims using Capitec are pushed aside and neva given chances
