Told My Card Is Blocked Due to ********** Activities from MFC FINANCE which I had no idea of or Even Noticed off

My Name is Pelican I have been Banking with Capitec for more then 10yrs. Last Friday I go to ATM to take out Money and I'm Told my Card is Blocked I Go Inside and I'm Told That Due to ********** Activities my Card Is Blocked by forensic in regarding a ********** regarding my identity from MFC Finance that the was a ***** documents submitted from them that blocked my account.

I was surprised as I Had No Notification of any Sort from the bank I trusted with my money. On That Matter I have been Running up and Down Making Affidavits or Coming up what some sort of Proof but I'm always told that I should go to Nedbank to ask them to give me a Clearance letter that would give me an access to my account back.

Please can help me I need my account to be open because the is a lot of debits that need to go through before pay date.
