Token

I got a token from the GlenAshley Capitec and it stopped working a few weeks ago and I went to the branch in the Workshop and they told me I have to pay - and I told them that my token is less than 3 months old - that can not be correct so they said if I want an exchange it - they said I must go where I got it as they issued me a faulty token.<br> <br> I went down there and they said I have to pay for it - and I asked why as it is not damaged. They said they can not assist.<br> <br> I find this to be vary unfair because my previous token still works yet I got years ago - so they sell me a jinx and they expect me to pay for their inferior product seems to me like ****************.<br> <br> Please assist.
