Today it is 144 hours since I haven’t received my refund from this bank

Today it is 144 hours since I haven’t received my refund from this bank. All they do is call me asking ridiculous questions because everything is in their system. At this point I’m considering leaving this bank because clearly it doesn’t respect my time and my money. You can’t call me during working hours and ask me something you could’ve confirmed if you did your job and looked through your system but because you must call us and make look bad yet you the ones who are not doing your job!!!!!!
