Today I was withdrawing 1150 in Khayelitsha Mall Capitec atm between 8-9 this morning and after putting my pin the machine started rolling but then immediately it gave me a out of service screen and after few seconds the screen went back on the was no money that came out and money went of from my account.. I’m soo ****ed and frustrated, immediately after seeing the money didn’t come out of the atm I went inside the bank and a called was logged but 3 hours later was closed and declined without me being notified, I only found out after I phoned them for a follow up and only then they told the case was closed without any explanation or whatsoever…
