Capitec I cannot believe that your new branch in promenade next to game is a non assistance branch.<br> My mother needed to open an account to receive her pension and since I have had an account with them for over 2 years and took a supplementary card for my mother , I thought you's would understand that she didn't have a recent proof of residence as the last proof she received was a April 2015 statement as proof.<br> No one wanted to understand and help her open the account . Thankyou for nothing Capitec , we didn't want special treatment we just asked you guys to assist us.<br> I will be closing my account with the so called cheapest bank in south africa that should go to hell.
