Title: Unauthorised Account Changes and No Response from Capitec I previously logged a complaint with Capitec about an unexplained increase in my loan repayments. No one responded or acknowledged my concern. Now, without any notice or consent, Capitec has reduced my monthly instalment but extended my loan term from 4 to 5 months. This is the second time they’ve changed my agreement without telling me. This is ********* and shows a clear lack of transparency. I am extremely disappointed in how Capitec treats its customers. I’ve had enough and will no longer be using their services.
