Thumbs up for Mercantile Business

I just opened a business account with Mercantile and its the easiest experience I ever had with a bank. My advisor Tebogo Mabitsela came back to me with every question within minutes, even early in the morning. Talk about committed. Installed the cellphone app myself without any problems, also started upp my online banking by myself easy peasy. This after have been with another bank for over a year, and still don't know how the app works, and worse it seems like no-one at that bank does. So I'm over the moon that I don't have to stress anymore.
