My mother ran into trouble at Absa due to not receiving credit card statements in time for her to make payment. She went to Capitec (where her savings and fixed deposit account are). The friendly and extremely helpful consultant accompanied her to ABSA and assisted her to pay with her Capitec card. A BIG THANK YOU AND THUMBS UP TO THE YOUNG MAN!! Not sure if the branch was Waverley or Jakaranda.
