Throw out of bank

I visited capitec to open move all my banking to capitec, i gave them an certified copy of the proof of address since I dont have access to the original. They said they needed the original and I told them thats ******** so 1 of your ******s approaches me and tells me to **** off or they will get security. 10 out of 10 for customers service to capitec.
