Threatening legal action on day that loan instalment amount is due

Dear Capitec Your collections agents have just violated both the credit act and the consumer protection act.

I have a loan with Capitec, which is meant to debit on the 26th (today). I have been threatened with legal action as this payment has not come through. You may not threaten me with legal action until a process has been followed, and that process may only be initiated 30 days after an account is in arrears. Certainly not on the day on which payment is due.

Your company is guilty of harassment, and failure to comply with the consumer protection act. Kindly provide me with the call recording, so I can forward it to my attorney, who will be briefed on this matter.

Your service is appalling, as usual. My account has been double-debited, due to your idiotic call center agents, and even more idiotic internal processes. I demand compensation, as this is the 2nd occurence of this ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
