I wish to express a form of shock from the employees at Capitec branch mall, the consultant named Thabo, whom my ticket number was 135 was about to assist me, however what was strange is that he was wearing an IT Blue T-shirt, not Capitec branch consultant uniform, so now I greeted him my voice was down he said I am threatening him, he said we should take it outside he will shoot me he had a gun, he was later assisted by Basetsana who chased me out and I left
