THIS IS WHY I HATE CAPITEC, I SWEAR TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!!

I am HONESTLY SICK AND TIRED OF CAPITEC!!!!!!! Why in God's name would they take a "set-off" amount firstly without saying a thing and for so called accounts that are in a minus but not by so much!!!!! My other savings account was in a minus by R20 and ya'll take R250!!!! It's hard enough battling with my depression then you come and make everything just that much harder!!!!! MY HARD WORKED MONEY YOU PEOPLE FEEL TO TAKE AS YOU ALL PLEASE!!!!
