<p>instead of getting a paid up letter after paying amount requsted we keep on getting texts to pay up</p> <p>I called the call center of Vertex to ask for settlement letter for my man Wandile John id and was advised to get him to call for it and conference the call to him and he asked fo0r it and was sent to him .</p> <p>we paid the full amount and send the proof to the email provided **********</p> <p>to our surprise Vertex deducted again and we reversed it and called them to find out why and was advised the full amount provided did not include the amount deducted now .adv. why we were not informed about this and was advised since you decided to reverse it will only look bad on your credit record because you were supposed to call us to inquiry not reverse the money that was rightfully deducted .</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 16/01/2017 called back to inquiry thinking maybe now that the emailed that i sent were only read last week of the proof of payment its maybe settled only to find out it’s not settled .</p> <p>what kind of business is this and cannot believe that Capitec is working with people like this as it does not say much about their reputation</p> <p><br /> <br />Jan 20, 2017<br />2 hours ago<br />Official business reply:<br />Dear Ms Jaxa,</p> <p>When you ask for a settlement, you cannot dispute the any other amount which have an impact on the settlement amount.
