THIS IS PATHETIC

Good day<br> I called in to apply for a loan was told I was pre approved for a certain amount the amount was even sent through to me. I was told everything is fine Ill be called and everything will be finalised. When I got a call back I was told that I can not be helped due to how we get paid at my company. After getting the necessary documents stating that I do earn a basic still nothing this is pathetic because I had two loans with you in the past and I paid it with this companies salary. This is a joke. And then the consultant gets sarcastic with me to tell me yes I can go to hello peter if I want to. And its funny how we cant speak to the people who decides if the loan can be approved or not hat makes them so special I want a strait answer as I'm closing my account with you guys as this is so unfair towards me as a client that never missed a payment nor paying late always settling my loans early. And I'm not the only person from my company that app**** just making the point clear
