This bank should be shut down

I have been struggling for almost a year. every call every discussion to get capitec to fix their own internal ****up. How do i sign a contract for debit on the 25th. No, Capitec is so useless that they cannot move it from the 20th to the 25th as per my debimandate and contract.

i have requested on everycall to get someone who is actually competent or even get their legal to call me to fix their own problems
