**** this bank

So things are a bit tough due to covid at this present time and it has affected everyone drastically. I keep making arrangements with Capitec bank on a monthly basis to pay on my loans yet when a little money comes in everything gets taken out after the arrangements are made. Now it doesn't matter how you receiving money if they want their money they don't ask where it's coming from its just taken but when I call to have my money refunded because I need to eat and sort out other bills they tell me that I didn't make an arrangement to state that the money would be coming from SARS hence the money will not be refunded to me now you tell me does this make ****ing sense.
