This a bank not a crèche.

I had the worst experience at the branch in Dinwiddie, Germiston. I went to open a bank account with my partner and my kids aged 2 and 7. The assistant manager approached me and told me to control my children because their noise was making it difficult to do her job. She went on to shout at me telling me this was a bank shes on the phone and cannot hear properly. I explained that because both my partner and I are here when 1 adult is done they can take my unruly and uncontrollable kids and the other will remain because we both had 2 separate things to do at the bank. She was so rude and disrespectful. I have never been made to feel so insignificant and embarrassed. She was just so inhumane in her delivery talking to me like I was nothing. I was so disappointed in the service I received.
