Was retrenched in Jan 2019 made pay off arrangements on my loan and credit card. Today received money from SARS Capitec decided to take ALL their money. What is the damn use making pay off arrangements if Capitec Bank just do what the hell they want. This in unexceptable. A customer care consultant called and advised that she will send recordings up and until today to NO surprise... NOTHING
