Im absolutely hate capitec as i paid them to do a recall for me just to phone them back and ask how is it going , they tel me that a week ago the 3rd party requested documents but nobody contacted me to let me know. and now they have to start the whole process over and i have to wait while time is running out , but they charged me to do this and took my money just to sit back and do nothing i have to do all the calling and begging for them to do what i paid them to do make me sick that banks have totally gone to **** and costumer care is not there anymore im switching my bank and also have let my client and friends everyone know about this we are all going back to fnb at least there thy really do care
