<p>I hava an outstanding loan with Capitec, wich unfortunetly I fell behind in my payments. So I made an arrangement with Consumer Debt Busters to help me to catch up on my debt! So then I got a Refund from SARS, money that is much needed! So Capitec took that refund with out me knowing about it for the instalments and I feel its very unfair, and would like that money to REFUNDED back into my bank account as I have a payment arrangement in place. I have been holding on for the people of headoffice now for almost over an hour! I feel its totaly unexceptable as I have a job to do to and now I must fight to get back what is rightfully mine. Can this matter be resolved the soonest as I will then have no other choice to lay a formal complaint against Capitec for *****!</p>
