<p>In July 2016 i went to Capitec Kimberley old Game Centre. I wanted to apply for a loan. In the process the lady helping me changed my salary date. I told her numerous times that she does not need to do this, as my loan goes off dilligently every month the moment my salary has been paid in, no matter what date. She told me she had to do this to apply for the new loan. I did not take the loan, because the money i could get was not the amount i needed. End of July my loan payment went from R1021 to R1110. I contacted the bank and i was told there was a error and they will give it trough to the relevant department. Ref nr ********** 9. Today 27/09/2016 i contacted myself as i did not receive any feedback. I was informed that due to the salary dates being changed to a later date, i am paying almost R100 more each month. Now nr 1, i never asked for the dates to be changed seeing as the moneys still went off correctly each month. Nr 2, the dates were changed from the last day of the month- 30th/1st, to the dates 22nd - 24th, thus earlier dates and not later dates. Nr 3, i was not informed that changing any dates will change my payment monthly. Now i want to know why the amount should be R11100.00 and not R10210 for the months left. So i am paying R890 more than originally signed for. I am on a fixed amount loan and not a flexable one. I need more then Capitec saying ah well we do not care, this is the message i am getting from the bank. I want my money back that has been wronly debeted and i want my debit amount back to the one it is supposed to be for the remainder of the months left. That is just fair. </p>
