They won't let me close my account

Day 3 and I'm still trying to close my business account. Things are over engineered prolonged for something as simple as closing and account. Worst of all I'm on a time crunch to deliver to a client but my funder won't have me run 2 different accounts. My order is now officially late and they don't care. I've called and *** and physically drove down to sandton from Pretoria.
