they took my money dnt want to bring it back

My daughter diposited R2800 in my account but when i went to check the money was not in my account the money was not and i went query it,then i was told my account was on minus with R3000 so i asked how because i dnt have an overdraft in my account they said the was a transection that took place in my account of that amount so asked how did they transection go off if the was no money in my account that day was it not suppose to be ansuccesful they cant but saying i cant get the money back they need to investigate the matter
