They stole my money

On the 4th I get a notification that say I made a withdrawal and I did not so I logged a incident to say I see that there is an amount that was withdrawn. So I do follow up and am told that the system picked up that I received funds that I did so that the reason for the withdrawal . I know that I only did 2 withdrawal on the 22nd March and the ATM did not give me an error even my statement show that I made 2 withdrawal and nothing extra so now capitec stole my money and they don't want to pay it back
