THEY LISTED A LOAN I NEVER SIGNED FOR WITH ITC

Good morning, my name is Constance Maki Sefali, ID ***, I took out a loan with Capitec bank in May 2015, the loan that I took I am paying a monthly instalment of R2996.00 every month, and then they told me I have a multi loan of R1100+ and I can activate it anytime I need it, so I never activated it because I did not need it, fast forward to now in October /November 2015 when I try obtaining credit from other institutions, they tell me of affordability and they brought it to my attention that I have a multi-loan with capitec to the value of R4750.00, and I was shocked because I never activated or took that multi loan, what I do not understand is why is that R4750.00 multi loan reflecting on my ITC report, messing my credit worthy, when I did not activate it, why is it becoming a problem for me when I didn't take the money, I called capitec customer service this morning and spoke to Sivuyile first and Portia when I called for the 2nd time, both are providing me with unsatisfactory answers, WHY IS THE MULTI LOAN APPEARING ON MY ITC REPORT? I DID NOT TAKE THAT LOAN, I want that loan removed from my credit report within the next 24hrs.
