They give you loans but dont want to give you a credit card

I have a capitec account for a very long time, even had loans and paid it of and made again and paid it of, now i ask them that iam in need to apply for a credit card but i am not approved, why will i be approved for loans but not credit card? My records at the credit beruo is all paid up and clean. so what is the problem. They are placing me in a position that am suffering monthly due to a wonderful country that our salaries is so little and we cannot hardley survive during the month, so half of the month we are straving or i have to sell my things This is bull ****
