They eat my chareback money

The bank called me to log a chargeback for me, and when I do a follow up everyone is rude to me. The first charge back was unsuccessful and they called me to log a new one - I was told to use my ID as a reference. The last agent I spoke to was Jabu and she was rude, spoke ovwr me all the time instaed if finding oit who called me and confirm that the chargeback has been logged. Capitec owe me R1500 for that chargebck
