They don't want to pay back the money that got ****med in my account

Hello Peter.. I got ****med by ********,when I did a follow-up at Capitec they said they're going to investigate the incident. .The investigation came back and they said it's none of their fault whereas they took time making promises to pay back the money after the investigation. .I think it is an inside job because the cameras showed nobody when they reviewed the CCTV's of Mthatha Plaza by the time of withdrawal of the money...

I even taken this matter to Ombudsmen and they said the money got withdrawn by one of my kids even though it showed nobody making the withdrawals on camera's..
