They dont want to help me

<p>Capitec told me they want a letter from the NCR, I sent them what NCR said, they dont even respond. I dont understand why capitec dont want to clear my name. I mean really? Must I now get a letter from Zuma, or Barack???? How impossible are they being with just an internal process they need to make themselves!!! I WONDER IF EVERYONE OF EVERY RACE IS TREATED LIKE THIS!!! A friend of mine, white, had a similar problem with the debt councelling flag, they assisted him and removed him. But with me, even though the highest authority has told them I am not under debt review, they still dont want to remove me.</p>
