They don't value or take priority in their customers. They just want customers money.

Capitec bank can't resolve a simple airtime query. They have been dealing with my query since the 14th of December and today Its the 23rd of December nothing still. Then they call themselves the best bank. Not taking priority in customers queries. You will see because I logged a complain they going to say they can't help me and close my query.
