THEY DON'T REFUND MONEY - they ***** it!!
I have been waiting for a refund from Capitec since the end of December 2018! it has been nearly 2 months now and still nothing has been received! And everytime I call in they just keep saying it has been escalated!!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I am glad I have switched banks and would not recommend this bank to anyone!!
