They don't like to pay what's due, Pathetic service

I would never recommend anyone taking a fixed policy with Capitec EVER.!!!!!

My dad passed on in August, while my mum is still grieving she had been sent back and forth by *********** staff at Capitec branches that don't offer full information from the start. It's 3 months now that my mum has been running around trying to get my Dads funds, Capitec is always advertising the best interest rates yet FAIL to pay when it's required. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CONFIRM IF THEY RECEIVED OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTS, they keep telling me to call back...... Who will pay for these calls????? Then we still got to wait ANOTHER 15 DAYS, TILL THEY SAY THEY NEED ANOTHER DOCUMENT!!!!!! 15 DAYS HAS NOW BEEN 3 Month!!!!! RIDICULOUS, THIS MAKES ME MAD AS HELL
