They don't care about their customers

If you want to be devastated and embarrassed,please use capitec bank .I received my refunds from my school. Capitec blocked my account ,at that time I was in Johannesburg CBD and I needed to withdraw money to go back home .They didn't even notify me that maybe the is an issue with my account, I was just blocked .Imagine I was left to be begging strangers to help me with cash so I can go back home .I was embarrassed and scared for my life . Imagine if I didn't get help ,I would have slept at the streets .Please advice me guys , is there a way to sue them for putting my life on risk ? My account is still blocked since from 24 November 2022 and I need money to run my errands and life in general .I can't even buy airtime . I sent them a WhatsApp and email .Their response is the worst.They don't care about their customers.They are not even interested.
