They closed my bank account without me knowing,now I didnt get Paid Becasue of them

So i went to Capitec bank(Sandton Branch) to tell about the debit order that went out of account that i didnt authorised for it.

so one of the guys advised to closed the account and a new one. so on monday i went to open a new 1 because i needed to change at work aswell. so when i got to the same branch i was told i cant open a new account i should wait for 2days because i did a transaction or i swipped with a card a day before so those people havent collect the money yet. so i understood..I then said to them its fine i will used my sec account since i had 2 accounts with them,The guy even wrote down the account number for me because i needed to email it to my employer as in that time. so only to find out that after i left there they closed my account.The same account i sent my employer to use it for my Salary . How do you close the account without me hu? i went again but they didnt help me and they couldnt even open a new one for me.. the wors part i ended up didint get paid beacause of them.
