They blocked my accounts
I'm not happy with Capitec Bank 😡😡 I failed to pay my rent because Capitec Bank blocked my accounts and I can't even how assist to them I try to call them about the issue they told me that they can't assist me with my account this banks is very useless they are busy ****ming people's money and end up telling you that they are blocking your account without valid reasons. This Bank need to be sued about they way the treat people its very wrong the way they do things be aware of Capitec Bank ****ming your money's and end up blocking your account for no reason I NEED MY MONEY BACK #CapitecBank****ming

02 Oct 2024, 10:48Capitec Bank are busy playing with people's mind they told Me that ghey will call me to assist with my blocked accounts yesterday they called around 11 am they told me they are solving my issue they will get back to me they never get back my account was not unblocked too .. so today I decided to call them because I need to use my money I'm even out of food when I have money but Capitec blocked my accounts for no reason so today they told me that they are very busy they will get back to me .
So this day at Capitec they only have one worker to help people?? If they are telling me that they are very busy which mean the whole Capitec worker are busy can't assist me to get my account open 😏😭 this is very wrong you are treating people like animals on they're money it's not good ..I'M NOT HAPPY WITH CAPITEC SERVICE AND THEY WAY THEY ARE DOING THINGS I'M TOTALLY HURT
