These people honestly cant get anything right

<p>I have a loan with this useless people and for the past few months it came off like clock work on my standard bank account like it was suppose to. Today is the 26th and it didnt come off yet... Only to get a call to ask me did i get paid yet... Because i didnt pay them yet. The idiot tells me it will come off today... The debit order just went off but off the ****ing wrong account! It went off the Capitec savings account... After I said it needed to come off the Standard Bank account...</p> <p> </p> <p>I have honestly had my fair share of bull**** from this bank because now AGAIN I need to deposit money into this account for my other debit order because this people cant do anything right.</p> <p> </p> <p>I DO NOT WANT AN OFFICER (jacqueline radyn) or her manager to call me... Im tired of dealing with both of them because they are as useless and filled with empty promises... And yes im still waiting for my debit order fees to be paid back that Chantel said she would get me.</p>
