these attorneys are ****s

I took out a loan with Capitec about 5years ago which I couldn't afford to pay due to losing my job, the account was then handed over to MBD then sdk. which I had contacted soon as i was employed again, I made arrangements to Pay 500 a month. after the first debit order I requested for a statement and the balance was the the balance quoted before the payment so I had informed them I wont pay The account until someone gives me answers to why there wasn't any change. I'm still waiting for the statement today! I'm so annoyed because the company that I had took the loan from doesn't even bother to look into anything since the account was sold to these Attorneys, but who do I now trust when both of these places are requesting money from me.
