There's a stop on the account and its been over 5 years

My account was closed in 2017 & I was using that account for selling hairs & perfume because i didn't know it was wrong to use personal account.

Today the 27 /11/2023 i went to capitec to check my account its still closed with R5 000.

Mind you it has been 5 years now . I really need to use that account and i want to open business account with capitec but i cant because of the hold

This is unfair 5 years no please help me guys
