Their WhatsApp customer services is the worst, I don’t even know why they have it

Their WhatsApp customer services is the worst, I don’t even know why they have it. All those agent do is to refer you to the branch like then why are you there, how are you not able to assist me whereas you work for that particular company. I was supposed to receive my refund in 24 hours and now it’s 72 hours and all the agent told me was to go to the branch but for what because the branch has already logged the refund!!!!! Very disappointed in this bank, they might as well close the WhatsApp systems because is useless all together with their agents! They never help! With all the queries I’ve had they always refer me to the bank, they can’t help me.
