Their Forex department is useless

Been trying to phone the forex department, to find out how far my funds out of the middle east is but they dont answer and also get put on hold then get cut off money is from Quatar and I am really in need of this money but yet they have no consideration for a person. They need to catch a wake up. Money has cleared out from person on the other side already but still waiting.
