Theft of my money

I was given quotation of Funeral cover on the 25 July 2026. I said to consultant as long as the money won't be taken in August I'm good with the quotation. To my surprise money was taken today R618.00 When I can I'm told they can't reverse it and there's nothing they can do about it. I never use Capitec services for burial. Now I feel like being bul**** and forced to have their funeral cover. All consultant said they won't reverse the money. Is Capitec this desperate to have customers by force. This is daylight ******* on a serious note. I want my money back.
