Theft from the branch

I was at Capitec bank in Gugulethu, Cape Town. I went to open an account at the branch , When I was done i left about a few feet away from the bank. I realised i had left my wallet in the counter i was being assisted on. When I went to enquire from the staff member about my wallet, she told me she did not see my wallet. She was busy with another customer, the customer was willing to be searched. Officers from law enforcement assisted with the search but did not get the wallet. The staff member was not searched. I asked for the manager to enquire about their CCTV footage, She told me they do not have cameras in the bank. It is very shocking that a reputable bank like Capitec does not have CCTV footage. I am very dissapointed by treatment I got from the branch. The staff member that was assisting me is Lelethu. I am very shocked that my wallet just dissapeared like that and the unwillingness to help from the branch manager
