Theft
Am writing to express my disbelief ,some guy called me using ********** 156 claiming his calling from Capitec Bank with regards to swim swap,I then told him no I have not done any sim swap,he then said if it’s not me some is trying to *******ly do sim swap on my account..he gave me a ussd number to use to stop that from happening...I took the number and dialed it on my phone to my surprise my phone switched off...i then received a notification that an amount of r2670 was debited from my account. Capitec refereed me to go open a case number at a police station and that the can not reassure my money back..can I have an intervention from the bank highest person
