The worst financial institution bank

Capitec bank Tsolo branch it's worst bank ever. I emailed Funeral claim documents on 07 May 2025. The branch did not confirm and never processed the claim. Wednesday my sister went to Capitec bank Philippi Plaza request the bank to send the documents to Tsolo branch. The branch called Tsolo branch and confirmed on receiving the documents. Today my eldest sister went to Tsolo branch to find out on claim money. The branch manager said they never processed the claim. I asked the time frame he said 5 days or more. On Monday the sms will be sent to client.

The carelessness, I'll responsible, negliance of Tsolo branch staff my eldest sister did not receive her money, yet she needs to pay Funeral debts. Truly speaking they do not care and they do not read emails and respond. The return taxi fee cost R70 to town, this bank does not deserve to be called financial institution I hope RMI investigate and find a solution to Capitec bad customer service.
