The worst Christmas ever thanks to Capitec Bank

Capitec has given my family the worst festive experience ever. My husband’s account has been stopped for a while now, we are struggling with bond and vehicle payments, I don’t even want to mention Christmas shopping. We will be homeless and vehicle less soon. This treatment is atrocious, Capitec is messing with our lives. Do your nonsense investigations after you release our hard earned money. Imagine you guys are holding someone’s salary 😳we have submitted all documents that were requested and still nothing. I want food in my house today! I want to buy Christmas things for my family today! Stop this dehumanising nonsense process, I’m pretty sure you haven’t even stopped accounts of the people that actually do *****. It’s enough now, I want Gerrie Fourie to call me himself and tell me if this is how he wants us to spend Christmas.
